INTP and ENTJ
INTP likes the model more than the meeting, and will not leave a puzzle alone. ENTJ likes a goal with a date, and will organise the bits of the room nobody claimed. The model is not a delay if it is how INTP finds the weak joint. The date is not bullying if the work has to meet other people.
INTP needs a protected block of thinking time. The answer arrives late and is usually good. ENTJ moves fast and has to leave a note so the careful people can follow. If you skip the note, INTP will not guess the goal from the speed. If you skip the thinking time, ENTJ will get a quick answer that is not the real one.
Give ENTJ the date, the owner, and the conversation. Give INTP the puzzle and a door that closes. Agree, before the week starts, which questions are still open and which ones the date has already settled. Loyalty here is sideways: INTP staying with the problem, ENTJ making sure it arrives somewhere a person can use it.
