INTJ and INTP
INTJ and INTP can share a quiet room for a long time and still be doing different jobs. INTP will not leave a puzzle alone, and likes the model more than the meeting. INTJ is already asking what the model is for, and whether it meets a standard someone could be held to.

Both of you show loyalty sideways. Distance is not disinterest, and a closed laptop is not a mood. Ask before you assume. INTP needs a block of thinking time; the answer arrives late and is usually good. INTJ needs the outcome and the constraints, and will get impatient with a model that never has to meet a Tuesday.
The useful split is simple. INTP pressure-tests the idea until the weak joint shows. INTJ decides what is good enough to build, and then protects that decision from another round of interesting doubts. Neither of you is the person who should be running the status meeting.
