INTJ and INFP
INTJ holds the plan to a high standard. INFP puts values first, and lives with a private weather system that does not announce itself. You can both look calm while wanting completely different kinds of certainty: one of you wants the plan to be sound, the other wants it to be something they can stand behind.
INFP needs room, and needs to know the room is still there. INTJ shows care by being reliable, which INFP can mistake for distance if nobody says the feeling once. Invented urgency does not move INFP. A real deadline does. A plan that was never spoken does not count as care, even if INTJ has been keeping it perfectly.
Say what is fixed, what is a value, and what is only a preference. INTJ can keep the standard. INFP should not have to treat every preference as a moral question, and INTJ should not treat a value as a delay. When the work matters to both of you, you will outlast teams that only agreed on the calendar.
