INTJ and INFJ
INTJ and INFJ both go quiet in a loud room, and that is where the similarity ends. INTJ is holding a plan to a high standard. INFJ is watching the pattern in the people, and taking it seriously. One of you is asking whether the idea is right. The other is asking whether the person can live with it.
You will under-explain yourselves to everyone else and then be startled that you still have to explain yourselves to each other. INTJ shows care by being reliable, and needs the plan said out loud. INFJ gives a lot, and needs the same specificity back. A hint is not a plan. A plan with no why will not move INFJ.
Give INTJ the outcome and the constraints. Give INFJ the reason. Once INFJ has a why, they are difficult to distract. Once INTJ has a standard, they will not lower it for the sake of the mood. Say the standard, and say who it is for.
