ENFP and ISTJ
ENFP likes a brief that can still change shape, and will say the possibilities out loud with feeling. ISTJ, if they said they would, gets it done, and likes a system that is allowed to be boring. You are the pair that either builds a life with a spine, or spends it translating each other.
ENFP is enthusiastic and then needs a quiet day. Both are real. ISTJ's care looks like follow-through, and the feeling has to be said once, plainly, or it will not be counted. Invented urgency washes off ISTJ. A changed plan that was never agreed will not be treated as a small thing. A system with no room for a new idea will send ENFP looking for a different week.
Let ENFP start the thing. Let ISTJ own the checklist, the date, and the boring system that keeps it. ENFP should hand that checklist over on purpose, not as an afterthought. ISTJ should say the feeling once, in a sentence, so the follow-through is not the only language in the house.
