How compare works
Updated
Compare lets you see your result next to someone else's. You send a link, they take the same quiz, and once you have both finished you see the two results side by side. Nobody sees the other person's individual answers, only the results.

It is one of the best ways to use a personality test. Reading your own profile is interesting. Seeing why you and your partner always argue about weekend plans, or why your best friend handles stress in the opposite way to you, is often the moment it all makes sense.
How to send a compare link
Finish any quiz that offers comparison, then look for Compare with someone on your result page. Copy the link and send it however you like: a message, an email, the group chat.
The link is an invitation. When the other person opens it, they see your creature and an invitation to take the same quiz. They do not see your scores yet. Your result stays hidden until they have finished their own, so their answers are not shaped by yours.
Once they finish, the comparison opens for both of you. You see both creatures together, a side-by-side picture of your two results, and a short reading of how you fit.
What the other person can and cannot see
This is the part people most want to know, so here it is plainly.
- They can see your result once they have finished theirs: your type or scores, presented next to their own.
- They cannot see your individual answers. Not a single one. The comparison is built from your two results, not from the questions you answered.
- Before they finish, they see only your creature and the invitation. No scores, no type, no hints.
That matters most on the more personal quizzes. On the attachment style quiz, for example, a compare link shows the two patterns you both opted into, never the statements you agreed or disagreed with.
Group links and solo shares
Some quizzes offer a group link instead, which works like a compare link for a whole group. Everyone who joins appears together as a crowd of creatures, each labelled with their result. It is a lovely way to map a team, a family or a group chat.
On the work style quiz, the group link also places everyone as a dot on the same square of pace and focus, so you can see at a glance who drives, who explores, who analyses and who connects. Again, only styles are shown. Nobody's answers are.
Compare is different from simply sharing your result. When you share on your own, the link you copy is the result you chose to show, and the share card carries only your result name, your creature and one public line. There is no invitation involved, and nobody needs to take a quiz to see it.
You stay in control of your result. If you no longer want it in a comparison, you can delete it from its own result page. Once it is gone, the comparison can no longer show it, and the link goes back to being a plain invitation. You can always take the quiz again later and start a fresh comparison.
